A Starting Point & The Hill Events to Host Gen Z’s American Dream with Chris Evans & Mark Kassen

This year has been marked as the biggest global election year in history with more than 60 countries, about 4 billion people, going to the polls in 2024. In the United States, 16 million young Americans will be casting their vote in their very first presidential election making Gen Z one of the deciding factors come Election Day. The question remains, how informed are the new generation of voters? How informed are we all in this ever-changing election environment?

A Starting Point (ASP), a video-based civic engagement platform, is on a mission to create a bipartisan channel of communication and connectivity between Americans and their elected officials with the goal of creating a more informed electorate. Created by Chris Evans, Mark Kassen, and technology entrepreneur Joe Kiani, A Starting Point’s site and app Our app features insights from elected representatives and policy experts who share their perspectives, termed ‘Starting Points’, in concise, under-two-minute segments.
