Threadless Collaborates for Donations in Racial Injustice Efforts

Sustainable Fashion Week 2020 Announces September Event Dates

Today, Sustainable Fashion Week (SFW2020) announced that the 2020 event will take place from September 11th to September 16th at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark. SFW2020 is a six-day event showcasing sustainable fashion exhibits, giving visuals on what is sustainable fashion and why it’s the future of fashion. SFW2020 will include immersive online experiences and global viewing for a week of runway shows, panel discussions, documentary features, and instructional workshops.

London Fashion Week to Launch with Digital Platform for June Shows

In June, typically Fashion Week would happen in New York, London, Milan, and Paris but with the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing requirements, plans for the fashion industry’s annual events have changed. While organizers are trying to transition to live streaming shows with no audience the question remains what will happen to Fashion Week this June? So far Paris has canceled while New York and Milan plan to postpone the event to later in the year.  London, however, announced they will be going digital for their June fashion shows and will be in one gender-neutral platform.
