Creep: An Online Short Film

Creep

Recently my friend Stephen Burke wrote an online short film called Creep and I volunteered to help spread the word for this film.

For those who aren’t familiar with this concept Web video is a unique form of entertainment that has different requirements than traditional films or television.  Per Stephen Burke,Creep was made specifically for the web in an attempt to bridge some traditional storytelling with the excitement and immediacy of online video.”

The main goal of Creep was to tell as minimal a story as possible while still delivering maximum emotional impact and a good scare.  I have watched the film several times and they weren’t lying about a good scare; pretty sure I can’t look into a mirror for a while.

Creep was shot in one day with minimal crew and its production was completed in three weeks. Creep has been accepted on Film Shortage (an online portal for short films) and recently was well received at a local Bay area festival.

In an effort to spread the word about Creep I’m asking Hi-Tech Chic fans to help by clicking on the below links and share the film with friends and family.
