Eggtronic sent us the Laptop Power Bank to review and in perfect time as Texas experienced a catastrophic winter storm causing many folks to lose power all over the state! When unboxing the product you will find the Laptop Power Bank, USB-C to USB-C cable (3ft/0.91m), USB-C to USB-A adapter tip, user manual.
After unboxing I immediately charged the power bank using its USB-C output port and connecting the included USB-C cable to a power adapter. As stated above the power bank has 3 different power outputs to charge from. You will know it’s fully charged when the LCD display shows “100” (if the LCD display isn’t on just press the power button on the side of the power bank).
Once it was fully charged, it was time to test it on my HP Laptop and iPhone. With my HP Laptop, it can be charged with the USB-C cable and with the USB-C cable connected to the USB-A adapter tip by connecting it to the power bank’s USB-C output.
To test the power bank with my iPhone I connected my USB-C to Lightning Cable to the USB-C output.
Next to test it’s multiple charging capabilities, I connected both my laptop and my iPhone to the power bank. To do this I used my iPhone’s lighting cable to connect to the USB-C on the power bank like above and for my laptop I used the USB-A adapter tip connected to the power bank with the USB-C cable.
Since we were in the midst of rolling power outages in Texas, this power bank was a life saver to keep our electronics charged throughout the winter storm! Not only is the product ideal for traveling it’s also great for unforeseen emergencies like power outages due to an epic winter storm.
