Justin Alexander Commemorates 80 Years with “Forever in Bloom” Runway at BBFW

In honor of 80 years in business, Justin Alexander Group, the leading family-owned and operated global bridal design company, kicked off Barcelona Bridal Week (BBW) with an expansive 650-person runway show.  The runway presentation, titled Forever in Bloom, explored the evolution of bridal through the lens of the company spanning over eight decades.

Established in 1946 as T&G Bridal, the brand has evolved into a global, family‑run bridal house with over 2,000 retail partners around the world. The anniversary campaign, “Eighty Years of Love — In Love Since 1946,” celebrates a heritage built on craftsmanship, long‑standing relationships, and constant reinvention.

In Barcelona, that legacy came to life on the runway. Forever in Bloom traced 80 years of bridal evolution—not through a literal timeline, but through shifts in mood, styling, and energy. The show moved from tradition to modernity in a gradual transformation anchored by a single symbol at the runway’s start: the oak tree, the traditional emblem of an 80‑year milestone, representing strength, wisdom, and enduring roots.

The show opened in near darkness, a single spotlight on the young, nearly bare tree. Early looks on the runway leaned traditional, with classic silhouettes and a composed, familiar mood that sets the foundation in heritage. As the runway pace continued, so did the energy of the show.

Styling became more expressive, silhouettes more directional, and the pace picked up. At the same time, the tree came to life through light and growth, reflecting the brand’s evolution over 80 years.

A clear shift introduces a more modern perspective. Shorter, fashion-driven looks and bolder styling signal the transition, pushing the collection forward with more confidence and edge.

The final look, a liquid satin ball gown with a dramatic veil, closes the runway. For the finale, 24 models return as the tree reaches full bloom, ending in an explosion of confetti.

The presentation features past and current collections from Justin Alexander and Justin Alexander Signature. The Justin Alexander Group portfolio also includes Adore by Justin Alexander, Lillian West, Sincerity, and newly launched luxury brand, Poeza, that sits in the Justin Alexander Luxury Group  alongside partnerships Viktor&Rolf Mariage and Savannah Miller; in addition to the newly launched flowergirl and special occasion wear line, Fable by Justin Alexander.

At 80 years, Forever in Bloom reflects a brand that continues to evolve while remaining grounded in what came before.
