WalletHub Study: 2017’s Best & Worst Cities for Singles

More than 45 percent of the U.S. adult population is unmarried, according to the latest U.S. Census Bureau estimates. There are around 110.6 million unmarried people in America age 18 and older in 2016. The percentage of unmarried U.S. residents age 18 and older in 2016 who had never been married is 63.5%.

WalletHub recently did a report of the 2017 Best & Worst Cities for Singles. It’s interesting to see their report as some of the cities I didn’t expect to be the best or worst list. Below are the top 10 best and worst cities per WalletHub’s report.

WalletHub’s analysts compared more than 180 U.S. cities across 32 key indicators of dating-friendliness. The data set ranges from share of single population to number of online dating opportunities to nightlife options per capita.

Currently the top dating website as of November 2017 is Zoosk however below are more dating sites that have also been successful in match making.
