Announced yesterday Decoded Fashion and DKNY are hosting an exclusive startup competition for the Decoded Fashion New York Summit on October 29th. Unlike other startup competitions “The DKNY Challenge” will seek out the most innovative startups and entrepreneurs to pitch a technology solution that will enhance the DKNY brand experience,with challenges focusing on innovative product personalization, tech innovation in textiles for new product design, and in-store experiences that add value for the consumer.*

Participants will have until October 16, 2015 to pitch their ideas by completing this form. They must attempt to address at least one of the following challenges:

1. How can DKNY innovate product personalization in an elevated way, both online and in-store?

2.How can DKNY leverage tech innovations in textiles to design new products that offer further empowerment to the DKNY woman?

3. How can DKNY create a 2nd screen in-store experience that adds value for the consumer?

The five top ideas will be selected by Decoded Fashion, then judged live by a panel of DKNY’s new creative leadership team including Chief Image Officer, Hector Muelas and Creative Directors, Maxwell Osborne & Dao-Yi Chow during the Decoded Fashion New York Summit on Thursday, October 29th.

The winning startup will meet with the DKNY team further on their concept, including a lunch with the judges and other creative leadership.*
