AMD Kicks Off E3 2019 with the Announcement of the Ryzen 9 3950X, The World’s First 16-Core Gaming CPU

Today, the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), the world’s largest gaming and entertainment events for computers, mobile devices, video games and gaming related products kicked off Day 1 that the Los Angeles Convention Center. Even though this is day one announcements have already been made, one being AMD. Yesterday, at the AMD “Next Horizon Gaming” livestream event President and CEO Dr. Lisa Su unveiled the company’s next-generation PC gaming platform, bringing new levels of performance and efficiency and introducing powerful features for gamers everywhere, based on the new AMD Radeon™ RX 5700 Series graphics cards and 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen™ desktop processors.
