Halloween pop-up, Black Lagoon, will be returning this October with a spooky immersive experience at 35 bars across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Created by bar industry veterans Erin Hayes and Kelsey Ramage, the 4th annual pop-up will include a brand new cocktail menu with expertly crafted cocktails that embody the eerie spirit of Halloween.
This year, the pop-up will serve sinfully spooky and delicious, available at some familiar haunts as well as a host of new haunts. Libations featured on this year’s menu include:
- Siren’s Song: Aged Rum, Lot 40 Rye Whiskey, Giffard Caribbean Pineapple, Spiced Oat Orgeat, Lustau Amontillado Sherry, Lime, Saline and Bitter Queens Caribbean Bitters *N/A alternative available
- Nightmare Fuel: Tequila, Giffard Mangue, Matcha, Lime, Bitter Queens Thai Spice Bitters and Absinthe
- Nosferatu’s Rise: Coconut Washed Lot 40 Rye Whiskey, Cinnamon, Lustau Amontillado Sherry, Saline and Bitter Queens Caribbean Bitters
- Hex Appeal: Fords Gin, Honeydew Melon Cordial, Lemon, Lustau Dry Vermouth, Seltzer, Saline, Absinthe
- Frank’s Fix: Vodka, Carrot, Miso Falernum, Coconut, Lustau Fino Sherry, Lime and Bitter Queens Five Spice Bitters *N/A alternative available
