Ogden’s Own, one of the largest licensed distillery the United states based in Utah, released Five Husbands during PRIDE last month, with a “shirts off, masks on” label theme. The Five Husbands brand was developed to add some energy to Utah’s Pride Festival held the first weekend in June each year. Though Five Husbands was originally intended as a limited-time product for PRIDE month, Ogden’s Own recently announced it is now a year-round offering.
Five Husbands Vodka, made from Utah mountain spring water, is a 100% distilled corn-spirit and totally gluten-free! It is distilled in a stainless steel column still and diluted to 40% (80 proof). The distillery has also been essential during COVID-19 in supporting the community during the pandemic, producing more than 30,000 gallons of hand sanitizer and donating more than 1,000 gallons of it to the Navajo Nation.
Their Five Husbands Hand Sanitizer PRIDE EDITION is made of 80% alcohol, a World Health Organization approved formula, with a portion of each purchase to be donated to the Utah Pride Center. The sanitizers range from $3.73 – $16.00 and can be purchased here.
