Minecraft players and their families will gather at the Austin Convention Center in downtown Austin for the Minecraft Fan Experience.

Logistics:
Minefaire commences at the Austin Convention Center on 500 E Cesar Chavez St in Austin, Texas from Saturday September 15, 2018 at 10:00 AM through Sunday September 16, 2018, 5:00 PM CDT.
Tickets:
Tickets range from $45 through $69.50 and can be purchased here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/minefaire-a-minecraft-fan-experience-austin-tx-tickets-43629853065#tickets. Please note children 2 and under attending Minefaire are free.
Transportation:
There are several options to get to Minefaire one mainly used is car sharing from Uber or Lyft. One of the newest ways to commute around Austin is dockless electric scooters. The three main electric scooter companies currently in Austin are listed below.
All three of these companies require downloading the App to ride one of these electric scooters.
Dining:
While at Minefaire one of the newest downtown dining experience and close to the convention center is Faregrounds. I received a pass to attend the Minefaire here in Austin, Texas and though I am nursing a 2 week old severely sprained ankle I will definitely try to cover at least one day.
