Making their debut today during Paris Fashion Week, Dara Senders exhibited her new collection “Un Rêve Sur La Côte d’Azur” and digital presentation/ look book in collaboration with Emily Brickel Edelson, co-founder Chic Sketch.
The “Un Rêve Sur La Côte d’Azur” 2020/2021 collection which in English translates to, “A Dream on the French Riviera” pulls inspiration from the designer’s travels throughout the South of France and her vision of today’s current world in the dream of a forever summer throughout all seasons.
At today’s launch, Dara Senders’ collection is brought to life by 14 sketches and collages created by Emily Brickel Edelson, lead fashion illustrator of Chic Sketch.
A mixture of pastels, muted jewel tones, and gilded metallics sets the color pallet for this collection. Hues reminiscent of a bright sunny day that leads into a magnificent sunset over the Mediterranean Sea and lavender fields.
The array of sophisticated ready-to-wear separates such as ruffled floral-print organza and textured metallic threaded chiffon statement blouses and kimonos provide the ease and comfort of day to night dressing.
Dara Senders 2020-2021 collection was designed for the dreamers and the heroes in all of us! Dara is dedicating this collection to all of those who have suffered and endured such great hardships this year in hopes that a dream of a world more serene, elegant, beautiful and rich in soft colors, and luscious sparkling textures can become our reality again.

The second drop is scheduled to launch on the designer’s website for pre-sale at the end of October. The Pret-a-Porter collection prices under $400.00 USD while the couture collection prices under $700 USD.
