Anne Klein returns to NYFW with “Clothes Won’t Change the World, the Women Who Wear Them Will” Presentation

Announced today, Anne Klein, the iconic women’s fashion brand, will return to New York Fashion Week (NYFW) on Wednesday, September 16th @ 1:30 PM. The brand will present a video journey on CFDA’s Runway360 which will highlight the heritage of the brand, narrated by actor/activist, Ilfenesh Hadera who shares her manifesto dedicated to women. The presentation celebrates Anne Klein’s visionary and timeless quote, “Clothes Won’t Change the World, the Women Who Wear Them Will.”

Anne Klein who inspired so many, including her Granddaughter, Jesse Gre Rubinstein, who now serves as the brand’s Ambassador, will share with the audience her Grandmother‘s fashion philosophy from fifty years ago. Anne Klein’s introduction of separates changed American Fashion and liberated the way women dressed forever. “Women should be able to build a wardrobe from season-to-season and year to year and carry the pieces through from former seasons,” prophetically declared Klein.
