FLOODfest Austin will be returning to SXSW for it’s 3rd year at Cedar Street Courtyard. Embarrassingly I have never attended it during SXSW but this year it’s on and hope to get into FLOODfest Austin!
To celebrate the upcoming FLOODfest Austin at SXSW, iconic American lifestyle brand Original Penguin and FLOOD Magazine are launching the #BeAnOriginal contest. Beginning today, fans have a chance to win an exclusive Original Penguin Prize Pack that includes a $4,000 Gretsch Limited Edition Penguin with Bigsby guitar, a $500 Original Penguin Gift Card, and a free subscription to FLOOD Magazine. In addition, on-site at FLOODfest Austin Original Penguin will be bringing Austin’s Rolling Revival services to Cedar Street Courtyard, offering a select number of lucky attendees IV Hydration and B12 to refresh and stay in top shape to enjoy the day. The first 20 guests to show that morning’s FLOODfest Austin and Original Penguin social post shared via their profile will receive the IV bar treatment. This is such a clever idea, not sure about the other SXSW goers but I do get dehydrated during the festival. I definitely will be checking this out, I may like it so much I’ll never leave till I get kicked out.
Original Penguin will also treat guests to Voo Doo Doughnuts and capture all the FLOODfest Austin moments on Polaroid at the dedicated Original Penguin #BeAnOriginal art wall in Cedar Street Courtyard. LOL, VooDoo Donuts?! Now I’m really not going to leave the event!
